AVENS acknowledges that our facilities are located in Chief Drygeese territory, which is the traditional territory of the Yellowknives Dene, the home of the North Slave Métis, and part of the “Mǫwhì Gogha Dè Nı̨ı̨tłèè” area included in the Tłı̨chǫLand Claims and Self-Government Agreement.
