Operating in both English and French, two Notary Publics on-site offer all duties including Commissioner for oaths, affidavits, statutory declarations, affirmations, and certification of true copies of documents. Appointments are not necessary although appointments are encouraged to ensure availability. These services are being provided FREE of charge for all Seniors. Non-seniors and the general public will be encouraged to donate to AVENS in lieu of payment.

AVENS can cater everything from small corporate meetings, to presentations and team events. All our rooms enjoy natural light and have all the modern day equipment to handle any occasion you have in mind.
